ABOUT PROJECT

The project consists of a main house with a chic spread terrace (490 м²) and a guest one (115 м²). The harmonious combination of wood and stone became the leitmotif of the concept. Panoramic windows in the bedrooms and in fireplace hall expand the space and give it lightness and elegance. The roof was made of natural slate from the best Spanish quarries.

The facade is decorated with textured Greek slate in combination with natural wood. The owners really wanted to create a cozy nest outside the city, as well as to invite their loved ones to spend as much time as possible with family.
